mobile-me

knocking socks off one idea at a time!

Some people wear lots of hats in the studio, I wear lots of socks! Grounded in my communications designer socks, I’ve stepped into lots of shoes: web developer, illustrator, market researcher. Each role helps me return as a stronger designer, with empathy not just for client and audience, but for every footprint left on the process.

I always work at the intersection of creativity and functionality, combining a Communications Design degree with a minor in Information Management & Technology. When crocheting a sweater for my sister, I’m not just stitching, I’m considering the user interface. She hates itchy tags, but without one, how can I communicate which side is the front?

Growing up as a dancer, I lived for the moment that choreography came alive with music, sets, and costumes- whether on stage, on board a tall ship, in a Gilded Age mansion, or in a topiary garden. I've danced on plenty of unconventional stages, and now I bring unique brands to life across physical, digital, and experiential realms. I’m all about flipping problems on their feet and coming to solutions that make you say, “Why didn’t I think of that!” If you are too, let’s make it happen!

Let's work together to keep the world on their toes

a few of my
favorite things

fiber arts
I've been crocheting and knitting for years, and there's nothing more gratifying than seeing the results of my time and craft as a tangible object. This set of crochet foods was made for a "cookbook" of crochet patterns that I curated and designed. Once the piece was complete, the burger made a great coaster set for my dining room, and the other foods made a great addition to my little cousin's play kitchen.
travel
From innertubing through glow worm caves on a visit with my uncle in New Zealand to feeling the fresh spring water between my toes in the tiny Greek mountain village my Yiayia grew up in, I'm pretty lucky to have such a widespread family that has given me the excuse to see so much of the world.

My favorite aspect of every trip is people-watching. I always absorb new cultural quirks and insights from this simple hobby, expanding my worldview and empathy. A local grocery store is always a mandatory stop for me. I can never leave a new favorite snack undiscovered.
cool hair colors
I love to experiment with my hair. I've earned the nickname "pink" in several social circles for my affinity for dyeing my hair every possible shade of pink, but I've also given red, orange, green, and purple a try.
